My first-ever attempt at making Owen 100 years old for his 100th day of school:
Oops! Forgot the glasses!
Typical Owen. 🙂
And of course little sister had to grab the glasses. 🙂
Pictures from the school’s Facebook page:
In the second video she says I’m painful because I was not letting her stay downstairs. Meaning I was making her take a nap.
She slept for three hours.
We all went out for a walk since it was such a nice day. It was also a test for Katie—she always wants to go with me/Owen but it’s two miles and I know she’d want me to carry her…and that ain’t happening. (Daddy usually ends up carrying her so she’s spoiled…but I can’t do it.) So…off we went. Some days she likes to be the Line Leader. Today she wanted to be pokey and hold daddy’s hand.
And before we even completed the first mile, her legs were tired and she wanted to be carried. See?! I knew it! So Tom carried her off and on. And then…she had to go potty. So off they went for her first potty in the woods! Which didn’t go very well and she peed on her pants (but we were almost finished by that point so no biggie).
Tom snuck up behind Owen and scared him.
Owen: AHHH! You heart attacked me!
Something I bought was the perfect thing I’d been looking for.
Tom: Winner winner chicken dinner.
Katie: What? We’re having winner chicken for dinner?
At Gander Mountain:
Katie: Mama! The fishie got dead by a bear because bears eat fishies.
Katie couldn’t get her clothes on: I’m hard to do it.
They usually play like this when Owen gets home from school.
I asked Katie if she wanted to sing Happy Birthday to a friend so I could record it and she said yes. Here’s what happened. 🙂
She has to count out eight bunnies to play the game. Apparently they have to be in s certain order as well. 🙂
And she loves it. LOVES IT. LOVES LOVES LOVES IT!!
