Garlicpalooza

So I bought that huge bag of peeled garlic from Sam’s Club and put it in the garage refrigerator and proceeded to forget all about it. Fast forward to now and I really need to start using it because it’s going to go bad. So I decided to roast a bunch of it.

Everything was going really well until I decided to up the temperature just a tiny bit while also forgetting to set another timer. Whoops.

The tray on the left was cooked perfectly. The tray on the right was mostly salvageable. Then I ground it all up and made little garlic pucks for the freezer.
