So Tom has completely worn out his debit card—as in the magnetic stripe no longer works, as in he tried to get money out of the ATM and his card REBOOTED the entire machine! So he goes in to get a new card and…they charge him $5! What the hell? >:( Im sorry, but I think that is a load of crap.
