Happy Easter! Happy A/C!
We finally turned the A/C on for the first time this year… we were cooking and having people over for Easter dinner and didn’t want it to be too ungodly hot in the house. We should have turned it on yesterday, as it was about 87 degrees, but it was pretty breezy and by the time we wanted it on, it was like 7:00 and already cooling down. Tonight, however, it’s nice and cool, so we’ve already turned it off! I’m always scared to turn it on for the first time because it seems like it never goes off after that….and I hate the bills!
Easter dinner was delicious and we had a good time. It wasn’t the Len Easter, but we did share the meal with two of our best friends, Roger and Ursula. Oh, and of course Virginia and Caroline. Remember Caroline? The 1.2# preemie? Here she is now:
