New birthday outfit from Aunt Marie, Uncle Doug, Gabby, and Robert. You can’t really tell from the picture, but the skirt is navy blue with tons of ruffles (and it’s actually skorts). I have other colors of the same skorts (also from Schwalms) so you’ll see them again in a better-photographed-color!

Some mornings she’s a hot mess before she eats. Some mornings she’s nice and calm. Today was a good day so I snapped a pic of her cute outfit. I’ve completely lost track of which grandma got her which outfits…
Happy first birthday, Katie!
First outfit of the day…a white onesie (with design that could be covered up by the sticker) from Gramma Jean. I didn’t put her in the matching pants because they clashed with the sticker. 🙂
Here you can see the actual onesie. She started ripping the sticker off after the first 100 photos. 🙂 This is also where she loves to play—the coat rack. I’m not sure what she’ll do when we finally get hooks attached to the bottom level for their coats!
Post-nap outfit change! This one is from Grauntie Sue! It’s scary because it’s size 18mo and fits pretty well.

I forgot to mention…I am now part of a mom group that has weekly play dates! A sitter that I met through SitterCity invited me to join after we REALLY hit it off! I love all the moms there so I am VERY excited to be a part of it! We switch hosting duties and I offered after my first visit!

This was one of the outfits Gramma Jean sent Katie for Christmas…I figured I had better get her in it before she outgrew it! (And, it’s 70 today!)

We went out for dinner tonight with the Trimbles and Mitchells and I decided to dress Katie in a very special outfit…something that was mine forever ago. Isn’t she adorable?

When I was cleaning out the garage last weekend, I pulled out some old outfits of Owen’s that I wanted Katie to wear so I could try and get “matching” pictures. I couldn’t remember the exact age to get them SUPER matching, so today seemed like a good day. And then I went back and found the picture of Owen that I remembered in the outfit (it was one of our favorites!) and imagine my surprise when I counted the days of both and Owen was 3 months 27 days old and Katie was 3 months 28 days old! I couldn’t have planned it much better if I had tried!
