Olive likes her Sparty
We found this Sparty dog toy at Horrocks and of course had to buy it!
Olive wants to play but…
Christmas book equals…
If I’m reading a Christmas-themed book I can listen to Christmas music, right?

Two of today’s naps.
Waking up…
A dog and her bed and a ball.
And then…
She was sleeping cuddled in my neck!
Time for a comfy sun nap.
So Maggie might not have been senile.
We assumed Maggie was senile because she didn’t understand she could walk through a smaller sliding door opening. She’d sit outside next to the opening and bark to be let in.
Well.
Olive does the same thing—this wasn’t clear to her.
Oh, the life.
A brisk morning walk with Olive
She wasn’t thrilled with the sweater (she wants to chew on the loose ruffle/skirt part) but she enjoyed the walk.

Olive looooves tennis balls.
She now loves laying here in the sun.
I can’t even with her sleeping cuteness.
Olive that’s not a toy.
She does sit with Anna sometimes.
I hate to wake her up.
Olive’s first truck ride!
I thought she might just lay down and relax like Maggie loved to do.
NOPE.
She was up the whole time—looking out the windows, trying to get on the dash, barking at people in cars, and then watching intently when Tom went in to run an errand.
They don’t look anything alike
A few people have wondered if Olive looks anything like Maggie. The answer is a resounding no.
She’s busy finding all the things
- Hair tie
- Sock
- Another sock and water bottle
- Stick from outside
- Sports headband
- Sandal
Cute but a creeper
Olive was so cute cuddling with Grannie…
And then she was a creeper when Grannie was eating lunch!

Tom wanted to try fixing her ears when she was younger but I think the floppy crazy ears are cute.
