I recently used a Groupon deal to get my hair colored and cut, and as I usually do with businesses, I wrote a Yelp review about it (see a few posts earlier). It was a VERY glowing review because my experience was pure awesome. So imagine my surprise when I received a handwritten postcard from my stylist thanking me for the awesome review, saying how much it meant to her, and offering me a 20% discount on my next service as a thank you! Woohoo!
