FIFTH COURSE A: It was supposed to be an Espresso Souffle with Dulce de Leche Lime Sauce, but I opted against that as I am not a coffee fan. So instead I got two other desserts! This was some type of Bourbon and Candied Pecan Ice Cream with Bourbon Cookies.
