Yes, avocado is one of the first suggested foods to try. We have been trying the rice and oatmeal all along (since his four-month birthday) and he just isn’t that interested. He opens his mouth like he wants it, but he doesn’t like the taste (or texture?) so we thought we’d try something new.
Yes the red is from the helmet—we had just taken it off (his hour was up). We also have to watch the red spots (for how long they last after taking the helmet off), as they might be places they have to adjust the helmet.
