So the food has been ENTIRELY too bland, even with the hopeful addition of Nu-Salt (blech – no salt taste at all). So tonight we tried a recipe from the plan…chili. And man, was it AMAZING, at least compared to what we’ve been eating. Tomatoes (no salt added) for veggies, pinto beans for carbs, and ground turkey for protein. Add some spices, garlic, and onion, and I have a new meal I think I could literally eat every day!!
